    Location

Having booked a week in advance and contact numbers supplied I arrived at the hotel to be told I was being transferred to another hotel. On repeat questioning i was informed that hotel was located a good 45 mins from city centre so the only reason i had booked the hotel (location) was removed. after requesting to speak to a manager i was suddenly found a room ... staff member was most unhelpful and i was not impressed with how long it took to be told where the alternative accomodation was located !

    The location

The shower curtain was held up with cable ties and there was hair in the shower tray. My sisters room had writing on the wallpaper, the bathroom celing was on the floor, there was body fluid on the walls and a pair of underwear outside on the window ledge.

    Location.

Workmen using an angle-grinder at 7pm of which reception seemed completely unaware. When I asked when it would finish the guy on reception (Leandro?) wasn't sure. Work began again at 8 the next morning. Room was a bit on the grotty side - could do with a good hoovering, neither of the lights over the bed worked (one had bare wires showing), all the fire doors were wedged open when I got back from being out (which I promptly re-shut on my way to my room). Bed comfortable enough. Hotel is old and in need of a lot of tlc. If you're stuck in town late at night I'm sure it's fine but seriously you'd want to be fairly desperate.

    location

    (1) The room has somewhat uncomfortable smell. (2) The printing service is too expensive. (3) The interior design is old, and not clean enough.

    Very good

very good location in the heart of Dublin. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price of the room was very good for this location.

    Very good

Great location in the heart of Temple Bar, close to the shops and transport links. Rooms cleaned and bedding changed every day, staff very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel was a bit scruffy (but clean), wallpaper hanging off the wall, desperately needs doing up. You have to hand your key in everytime you go out which is a bit annoying especially as we handed ours in and then it wasn't there when we went to collect it when we got back, so had to use a spare key not knowing where ours was which was a bit worrying. It had turned up the next day though. And you only get one pillow each which is completely flat anyway so didn't find it very comfortable.

    Superb

The hotel was recently fully refurbished, which makes it the best place (taking into account the price) to stay at the very city centre in Temple Bar. Beds are very comfortable, bathroom is warm and well- equipped. What is more, the hotel is situated not at the very heart of Temple Bar, so it is relatively quiet (I guess, the only quiet) place at Temple Bar. Also, there is a kettle and other tea stuff in every room. And all the hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Summary: lovely place to stay at.

Only two disadvantages: 1) Although rooms have double glazing, you might be not lucky to stay at the room (probably on first two floors) which faces the backyard with relatively noisy air vents. 2) Wi-Fi works only at the rooms above the reception, so don't expect good (any) wireless connectivity in your room.

    Fabulous

Excellent location right in the centre of the temple bar area. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The shower pressure was absolutely amazing!the hotel was recently refurbished and looked good.

a big fan outside our window that was creating a bit of noise but nothing major. Some of the refurbishment was not finished and the wifi connection was not available by using my iphone and not from the room.Noise outside the room in the corridor could be heard quite clearly.

    Good

Excellent location near everything!! Bathroom was nice but not excellent, but hey, atleast no carpet in this 1s floor! Breakfast not included which suited us just fine cos just around the corner u can find just the breakfast u want..good place to stay if u´re a party animal or just budget traveller.

It was low cost hotelroom but huns, if u need nice view, do not go. Funny smells in the halls and the heater made huge humming sounds which made my bf loose sleep (not mine cos i can sleep where ever..).There was still some renovations going on even thou they were suppose to finish end of august.

    Exceptional

I liked the location, and the rate we had was extremly good value

My only complaint was with the shower very small space

    Very good

Good location, even if quite noisy, though it is right in Temple Bar, so expect that. Clean and comfortable.

There was a strange noise above our room the whole time, I didn't complain as we were only there for the one night. Shower base fills up quite quickly too, but at least it didn't waste water.

    Fabulous

Staff were friendly and eficient. The areas had recently been refurbished and were clean and tidy. The room was cleaned every day to a good standard.

I had to report a faulty light in the room, There was also no clothes hangers on arrival. These things could have been avoided if the room had been checked prior to my arrival. I do not have any major complaints about the hotel at all these are minor details.

    Superb

Hotel location was excellent for the price paid. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean comfortable. I would definately recommend this hotel for a short city break to dublin.

Hotel did not wifi access in the bedrooms, it was only available in Lobby area. The shower in the bathroom , was quite strong a water output the shower enclosure was not long enough to prevent the bathroom floor becoming very wet.
